I cannot speak highly enough about this company. From product to customer service, they are unmatched! Originally when I had chosen my engagement ring, I reached out to them with questions and without asking, they sent me several photos with the rings I had liked on models hands! It gave me a much better look as I was not able to go into any store. Now the wedding band, entirely my fault but I had forgotten to order it on time! I placed my order and reached back out to customer service and was met with a timely response actually letting me know that the exact ring I needed was cancelled in production and was now available. I jumped on that real quick. We had a cruise wedding so we were pressed to leave the date before the wedding and I had informed them of my time frame. This company MADE SURE I got my wedding band on time and saved the day! I will most definitely be using this company again for an anniversary band one day, AND recommending them to anyone who will listen. Thank you again! 🩵
