The day finally arrived they were delivered by fedex with required signature made it felt like I was getting some real fancy earrings. Boy was I shocked when there was only one pair in the box. I immediately reached out to the service email and was notified the team was out of office for a training. However, shortly after, a team member did reach out. They told me they would work on this and they kept me well updated. I understood that only one pair was mistakenly sent and the second pair was on its way. That delivery too was delayed. But the representative applied an additional discount for the trouble. I am impressed with how they reacted. Thank you, team! We love the earrings and wear them all the time! They are back in the list of contenders.
