The website was great, really easy to navigate and order. I had an issue with Evri, they sent my parcel back without delivering it to me first but suggested to yourselves that I was sending it back and when I contacted Evri they couldn’t trace it. In the interim I ordered the bomber jacket again for store pick up as I was worried about loosing out. Customer service at Oliver Bonas kindly organised for my parcel to be sent back so now I have two. I was going to take one back but I love it so much that I’m going to keep it as a spare!
