I'v have always loved OluKai sandals & shoes. Recently I posted a 1 star review for a pair of sandals that broke in a little over 1 year. For a $135 pair of sandals i wasn't happy. But I have to say OluKai's customer service response has been nothing short of extrordinary. After a few back and forths with their customer service about my sandal problem, they decided to send me a complimentary brand new pair. They have certainly restored my confidence in OluKai!
