It doesn't work !!!! I'm 66 yrs.old. I bought it believing it would work !!!! It's such a minut amount amount, plus you have to buy excessive amounts to even see if it would work. It's too expensive whether it's buying a small amount or a large amount.I have arthritis in my back and hip joints. It didn't even help !!! I'm better off taking glutamine chrondrontrium, magnesium, liquid calcium tablets, krill tablets, fish oil, aleve tablets, nervive cream,alive cream, hemp cream, and a small electric back massager that I have and use.
