I made reservations 7 weeks ago for our girls trip. Was confused about what time to enter in the field for back to the airport. I called Omni and was told to put flight time and it would be adjusted for pick up. I also put a note in reservation that 6am was flight time. When I hadn’t received a pick up time two days before I called. She put me on hold and came back and said they couldn’t pick us up then. After questioning her about options I asked to speak to a supervisor. Was told she was on another call and would call me back. That never happened. I called back and spoke with Judy. She basically said it was my fault and I should’ve called, which I had. Then she hung up on me! Terrible customer service! Abandoned with no offer of help. Don’t use this service!
