I initially had everything confirmed and called back about 5 days before arriving to make a change. The change was made but not communicated to the driver who ultimately showed up early. After sorting it out we came to a resolution and everything was good.
Our driver, Keith, was great. He was friendly, informative and had a great sense of humor. He took us to where we requested and I would highly recommend him!!
I would use Omni again but will make sure to confirm any updates before arriving. Overall, good time and cheaper than other companies!
