Web site was confusing when I asked for a quote, it went straight to sign up page. So I called and that person had an attitude because I said "limo" but asking about cars shown, then she put me on hold for 5 minutes. I went back to the web site and communicated with Michelle who was great. I signed up for the wrong car and she mad the change for me and sent me an email.
Driver "Dawn" was great and I will request her for the return trip!!
