My wife and I were happy with Omni's services when we were picked up from the airport. Going back home was another experience all together. We booked both trips with the original reservation for the 740 BMW. We were picked up in it and happy with our choice. Leaving for the airport, a Lincoln Limo showed up in its place. There was dust sitting along the bar area as well as handkerchiefs holding the A/C's vents open. When we called to complain that the wrong car was sent for us, the manager was "not available" even though I was put on hold several times. No explanations were given to me as to why or how the mistake (if it was one) even occurred. All we got was sorry. Since the limo is more expensive, they tried to spin it as if it was an upgrade. Considering the condition and style of the limo, I can definitely tell you it was not an upgrade. Had we know they would not send the same car even though it was clearly indicated on my confirmation that we requested a sedan, I would have taken a Taxi to the airport. Our own driver even understood why we were upset that we got the limo instead of the BMW. To put the cherry on the cake, not even two minutes after leaving the hotel, an empty BMW from Omni Limo pulled up next to us at a red light.
