I must confess I was a little alarmed after booking a car to pick us up at McCarran in Vegas and return us to the airport using the website when I had not received any confirmation email after 12 hours. Then I went online and found a large number of terrible reviews. Starting to worry about what I had done - I contacted the company through the chat option on the webpage the day we travelled and an email was sent almost immediately confirming our pick up and drop off details. I was again worried when our flight was delayed nearly 1 1/2 hours ( We have had limo companies just leave, and other companies that charge a $300hr wait fee (Empire CLS). HOWEVER!!! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT with our collection at the airport and our return today - I would highly recommend OMNI limo, I think the rates are very reasonable, the cars were in great condition, the drivers great and very professional. We will definitely use again on our return to vegas.
