Sadly the driver arrived before the booked time and nearly left without us. She attempted to take payment on a tablet while still driving and waiting at stop lights, really not happy that this was attempted and then blamed me for locking her out of the programme - unhappy I did not offer a gratuity despite the fact that it was included in the bill - not a happy experience.
