Very impressed with the customer service at Omni. Had booked a limo ride from the airport to our hotel on the strip for my wife's birthday, it was a surprise for her. Ended up missing our connecting flight and got rebooked twice. Each time Omni was able to adjust our reservation very quickly and were very helpful. So despite arriving about 13 hours later than originally anticipated I was still able to have the limo surprise waiting for us at the airport.
