Waiting a few minutes after luggage arrived, as advised there was a mistake on flight schedule (might have been my fault actually). Car (Mercedes) was spotless, driver (Mark) was great, and price reasonable. The only negative was with booking. Booked online, but no email confirming. Called after couple hours, and they said they didn't have record of booking. Booked again over phone and they said they would send confirming email - which didnt receive. Called again the following day and received email confirmation. Received phone call a day later that they had two bookingings now - corrected, and after that everything was great. So - driver service great, booking arrangemts could be improved.
