We had a great experience. Our driver arrived on time and was so gracious and wonderful. The only tiny minute complaint i have is that i wish omni would have accommodated an earlier arrival. I spoke with a representative the day before in enough time but said they couldn't make it any earlier. Seeing as i told them that my flight was at 8a and that a 640a pickup wasn't feasible i would have hoped they'd accommodate. Aside from that both drivers were great.
