The driver was late for pickup-the limo had not been cleaned from the previous client as the interior smelled of heavy smoke upon entering and empty bottles/used glassware were present. The driver was on time for the return trip and the limo interior had been tidied up although the trip was longer than expected due to a "wrong turn-early exit" resulting in touring through a "not so upscale" part of town. The driver was courteous.
