driver (Michael) met us at the airport as scheduled. He was courteous and helpful. Only issue was that he was not sure how much was the fare and whether we needed to sign a credit slip. When I checked on-line afterwards my Amex card had already been charged. I also signed a manual slip that he gave me to sign, so I hope I will not be charged twice!
