Not my best experience with Omni, after several before. The driver was a bit late, and failed to advise that he was near my house, 10 minutes before my pick up, I called Omni to check on him since I was advised by security he had passed through our gate some 25 minutes before. At the airport, I was dropped at ZERO level, not departures and wasn't exactly sure how to get to check in counters. The are small items, but added stress to a flight departure. As I said, we have used Omni before with great satisfaction. That said, I made my flight and will certainly use Omni again.
