Service very good and still the only I will use. My trip required several changes and the dispatch people handle them, but in some cases I did not receive a new confirmation e-mail. Which I did ask to be sent and had to call in to get it. Also, in two instances I requested a additional I requested a additional guarity for the drivers and that was not done. I addressed it and was told the drivers would receive the addiional grauity. Thou i do not know if this happened.
