The OmniBlender is super quick. I ground linseeds in a matter of seconds, and I have made sauces, soups and pates. The Omniblender opens up the possibilities for many more recipes to try out and being a vegan, I can make nut butters and bliss balls. It is very quick and easy to clean. I am super impressed.
