“I sent my 10 year old blender for a service and repair. The standard of service I received from Omniblend was outstanding. The blender was collected within the day, repaired and returned - taking no longer than 4/5 days. I can highly recommend. Thank you!”

“quality of products is awesome. Wrong color blender was sent. and a extra lid was also not packed. Person who handled it though was friendly and resolved the lid issue. we kept the wrong color blender because it doesn't matter to us. but just for your attention.”

“I am still using the same OmniBlend blenders I bought 10 years ago. As I have a smoothie shop, these blenders work really hard. Other than servicing and minor repairs, they just keep on working no matter how busy we are. Unlike many other products, they are designed to last! They really are great, reliable and cost efficient machines with amazing backup and support from everyone at OmniBlend SA.”

“The sound proof blender covers could do with some work. A rubber gasket on the edging of the fold-up lid will cut out a lot of vibration and noise.”

“I bought the Omniblend that is reccomended for a lot of ice drinks. The blender deals superbly with ice and is very good for smoothies and freezo drinks. One down side is if you make smaller quantities the ice gets stuck in the corners of the square jug. It is better if yo make drinks for tow or more people. I suspect the narrow jug would have been better for small quantities”

“Service was prompt - only they didn't quote before repairing as they said they would and simply sent me the invoice. I wasn't thinking, and paid it, but I would rather have spent the same amount of money on a new blender on the market. Now I've discovered the jug is leaking and the cost of another repair vs new jug (which they recommend) are both unwarranted. So I'm disappointed I've wasted money but your staff were good, as I said.”
