“Hi Alessio, I am a toolmaker by trade. So although not practicing anymore, I understand machines and tolerances. I have 6 Omniblend’s which I am now swapping out for another brand. I’ve most likely been using yours for 20 years now. The splined driveshafts are no longer being manufactured concentrically. Quite a while ago I purchased a spare and fitted it. It vibrated very badly. I brought it to your shop in Strydom park and took some time explaining to you the issue with slomo videos etc. younteplaced it with another and the thing continued to vibrate. So you charged me twice and I ended up with an unserviceable machine. I trust your engineers have worked this out by now. But nevertheless, I sit with unserviceable units and am now very happy with the alternative brand. Regards Ian”

“I have had my Omniblend for over 10 years and it has been absolutely fantastic. I have used it every day during that time for making smoothies, with frozen bananas and ice which it gets through with no problems. Omniblend as a company are easy to communicate with and respond promptly. I have recently bought the smoothie cup with a lid and the adaptor which works perfectly for on the go smoothies.”

“Hello Alessio, Unfortunately we purchased the OmniBlend V it is has been nothing short of a disappointment. After barely using our OmniBlend we had to take it back to you has is was barely working. It turned out to be a motor mechanism issue. You had the machine for a few weeks, replaced certain parts and we got it back. While the staff at the returns were helpful our 'repaired/fixed' OmniBlend, barely works and nothing has changed. We can and have barely been able to use it. I will be bringing it back to OmniBlend in Strydom Park, Randburg - where you can either replace the unit for one that actually works, or provide us with a full refund. Before taking this feedback to Google Review, I will leave you with the opportunity to respond. Andrew/Gina”

“I’ve been really enjoying my Omni Juicer so far, and overall I’m happy with it. I did, however, notice two things that I think could be improved. Firstly, the bristles on the cleaning brush have started coming off. I’m not sure if this is specific to the brush I received or if it’s a common issue, but I’m concerned that the brush may not last very long. It would be helpful to know whether this is something that should be replaced or if there is a more durable brush available. Secondly, I think the manual could provide more guidance on the three different strainers. It would be really helpful if it clearly showed which strainer is best suited for different fruits and vegetables, perhaps with pictures or a simple guide. For example, I initially used the same strainer for carrots and oranges, but the orange juice came out extremely thick, almost sorbet-like. I also had to experiment with different strainers when juicing beetroot to figure out which one worked best. Maybe I missed the information in the manual, but I couldn’t find a clear guide explaining which strainer should be used for which types of produce. Having a visual guide would make the juicer much easier to use, especially for first-time users. Other than these points, I’m enjoying my juicer and I think these are relatively simple improvements that could make the experience even better.”
