“Lovely products and we appreciate making spares available and delivering within decent speed. However I had an issue with my last order. No where I have been advise that I suppose to order Retainer Wrench to replace blade, now I have to order Wrench sepeately and pay delivery fee for it.”

“I have 2 smoothies a day (sometimes 3) and so my normal blender was just not able to handle the load. Since having my Omniblend, it has been a game changer. It is easy to use and does the job quickly and with a lot less noise. My only criticism would be that it does tend to vibrate at times and I have to hold it in place so that it doesn't vibrate off the table.”

“I've been through a few blenders including some "premium brand" products. Unfortunately all of them have suffered motor failure with repairs often not worth the effort and cost, as the purchase price of a new unit simply made more sense. Through all this pain I've always had one eye on the OmniBlend but couldn't bring myself to spend so much on a blender. I finally pulled the trigger a few weeks ago and boy oh boy am I seriously impressed with the power of this machine. My family uses this at home mostly for smoothies, I make soups, sauces and also smoothies with this baby and the results have been well beyond expectation. Mostly appreciate the sheer horse power of the motor and I like the direct spares and service backup (not tested yet though). No regrets from me at all.”

“Hi Alessio I think it’s a terrific machine. I love it. The only downside is that it has stained. I put tumeric and ginger and it has stained the plastic. Is there a way to be able to remove the stain. Thanks Alida”
