“Hi, We did not purchase,sent in for repairs. Got notification it was out with courier for delivery, courier guy said u were closed.Spent busy times without a blender. Very upset regarding the miscommunication. Blenders working perfectly after repairs”

“Hi. I don't want to complain and don't want this review to go public because you gave me great service when I ordered and you sent the wrong colour. You were quick to return and sent the right colour thank you. I just want to ask...is it normal that the machine makes a very loud noise when in use almost unbearable loud and then after a few seconds it starts giving off the smell of something burning. Is this normal? Its a very strong machine and blends easily”

“Good morning Alessio We have sent in our blender for repairs via your website and I included images of the rotor that was burnt, resulting in low torque on our (virtually brand new) blender. I also explained my diagnosis of the fault so that your repair team can hone in on the reason for the return to repair. I was a little bit surprised when they came back to me and said that the unit was fixed and that I had to pay for a new spline drive socket. I then informed your repair technician that the drive socket is still brand new, and even sent through a picture of the male section that was on the mixer jug on our side with zero wear-and-tear, and asked why it was replaced. The answer I then got was that it is the most common fault and that these parts wear out.....and I can collect my mixer since it passed the blender test whilst blending high viscous oil. I disagreed with the diagnosis/repair and insisted that they re-look at my pictures sent as well as the actual rotor on the unit. I was then told that they cannot repair "what is not broken"....Oh my. I then insisted on the repair of the rotor and the replacement of the original drive socket, which was done accordingly. I received the blender back; working like it did on day one and with a drive socket that had zero wear on it, as expected. So all-in-all the repair was a success, but it should not have been necessary for me to insist on repairing what should have been blatantly obvious. Kind regards. Mario”

“The blender motor base has performed very well. I just wish the sound cover matched the performance of the blender. I bought both the 1.5 litre and 2 litre jugs. The 2 litre jug fitted snugly onto the motor base, but the 1.5 litre jug seemed a bit loose in comparison. If the lid of the 1.5 litre jug is not cleaned properly prior to use, it can pop off during operation.”

“Thebcallsbto the office seems to be frustrating as the first person who answers transfers to wrong people and then it is transfered to another and the call gets dropped. It was easier just figuring out by ones self”

“This blender is amazingly efficient. Omniblend was my choice because of the spare parts available, the warranty and repair ability for the appliance. I do not want to got through blenders every few years and not be able to repair them or find parts for them. I hope this blender lasts me at least 10 years. I have given a 4 star review beacause, as amazing as the blender is, I have a pitted jug within my first few uses. It still works, it's still going to be used. It is pitted because of dry grinding spices (in small batches). I haven't done much research to find out how to minimise this pitting. All/most blender jugs are likely to scratch if not glass. I'm just a bit disappointed to stare the lifetime of this jug in the face as a constantly scratched item. Grinding spices is a big part of why I have this blender. Having 2 jugs at this point isn't justifiable with the new jug cost. I would definitely recommend this blender. My main cautions are to check the scratching potential of whatever dry ingredients you blend, and also to note that the blender blades are moving so quickly, that they can heat up the ingredients you blend! (Careful not to get a warm mayo, for example).”

“quality of products is awesome. Wrong color blender was sent. and a extra lid was also not packed. Person who handled it though was friendly and resolved the lid issue. we kept the wrong color blender because it doesn't matter to us. but just for your attention.”

“An excellent machine, my second. The lid flips up at times whilst blending, so I have to be careful. My other one is a different model and doesn’t do this.”
