“quality of products is awesome. Wrong color blender was sent. and a extra lid was also not packed. Person who handled it though was friendly and resolved the lid issue. we kept the wrong color blender because it doesn't matter to us. but just for your attention.”

“Been using them for 5 years now .. they robust and work well , two focus areas for manufacturers, they are still noisy , need more regular servicing compared to Hamilton beach , or vita blend - your local service rep needs a lot of customers service training , just no personality - looks lost and confused .”

“Great machine, I am still struggling to understand exactly how to make a smoothie that is more frozen than liquid. Not sure if it is possible, seeing that it seems one needs to put a lot of liquid in for the machine to work properly.”

Hi Stephnie, Thanks for taking my call. As discussed, our Sound Covers only fit our 1.5ltr Jugs. - This is noted on the product page before adding it to cart. The Sound Cover is made for the JTC OmniBlend 1.5 ltr Jug and Blenders, and therefore we cannot confirm if other brands blenders will fit inside it. - It would therefore be at the risk of the client to purchase our cover for another brands blender. “Good day, Jan I think Omniblend is good quality for money and would like to be a distributor in Lesotho. Please guide on the process I must follow. I am a Naturopathic doctor and advise people to incorporate blending and reduce cooking, I want to point them to this product and I think it would be nice to have it in my clinic.
