“After the installer broke the machine and the Omni guys tried to help over a call the unit was sent back and has now been replaced. Great support. It is good to have clean tasty water without the fuss Also the OmniAqua looks to be really efficient from a power point of view, will know in the next week of use :). Review updated after OmniKitchen replaced the unit without any fuss”
