“The sound proof blender covers could do with some work. A rubber gasket on the edging of the fold-up lid will cut out a lot of vibration and noise.”

“Service was prompt - only they didn't quote before repairing as they said they would and simply sent me the invoice. I wasn't thinking, and paid it, but I would rather have spent the same amount of money on a new blender on the market. Now I've discovered the jug is leaking and the cost of another repair vs new jug (which they recommend) are both unwarranted. So I'm disappointed I've wasted money but your staff were good, as I said.”

“The blades are not of a good enough quality for blending ice for smoothies and frappes as they get blunt too quickly and the head threads also gets worn out too quickly for such an expensive brand”

“I repair blenders for M&B, Wimpy etc so not an end user. Obviously the HB blenders are supere superior but very expensive to repair.”

“Not sure so far. Think I bought wrong jug...too wide at bottom for my frozen fruits in smoothies. Doesn’t collect the ingredients at bottom and process them fast enough...tedious so far but maybe not using it properly. So not sure, having slight buyer’s remorse...maybe should have saved more months for a Vitamix”
