“My Omniblend was a good purchase to start with, but after the last service it had 2 weeks ago, it is not working like it used to at all...not blending as smoothly and extremely loud and "taking strain" and I've just paid R2700 for it to be serviced! I am really annoyed as I could have just bought a new blender elsewhere.”

“Sevice at pick up point was just terrible. We recieved dirty blenders full of grease . All 4 of the blenders we returned. Peter Duncan La Petite Colombe”

“Mr Folmer, thanks for contacting me.... I can give a five star smiling feeback for your staff and technical team. However, I am really disappointed that the issue I had with the Omniblend of "walking around when in use" is not better.... it is actually a little worse.... although the armature bearing and blades were replaced. On receipt of my blender, the technician did mention that "some blenders do walk" and unfortunately I have one of those. I assume I will have to replace the bearings within the next two-three years due to something that is seriously not in sync in my Omniblend? Honestly, it is so bad that I cannot even leave the blender to run on its own.... I need to hold it down by hand..... The only solution I foresee is that I will have to bolt the Omniblend down.... what would your suggestion be?”

“Hi Jan, utterly disappointed by your blender. I have bought the Omniblend lll narrow base. We have a low volume coffee shop that does smoothies + milkshakes (20- 30 per day) Iv already had to replace the socket drive twice and the gear shaft and now this morning the whole blade mechanism has snapped off. “Hi Jan I did not purchase from you but had a repair done. it has since been back to you and is now not working again. I find the technicians I speak to, to be condescending. It is so sad as I have two of these machines and because of the bad service, I will not purchase or recommend Omniblend to anyone.”

“I got worried when i was asked to make payment for the delivery of my old jug, i bought a new jug and i was expecting my old jug to be delivered back to me, but if its the way you do your things i feel being robbed, and unfair to me as a customer.”
