Service was prompt - only they didn't quote before repairing as they said they would and simply sent me the invoice. I wasn't thinking, and paid it, but I would rather have spent the same amount of money on a new blender on the market. Now I've discovered the jug is leaking and the cost of another repair vs new jug (which they recommend) are both unwarranted. So I'm disappointed I've wasted money but your staff were good, as I said.
