I went to the website to look for a blender - and Lisa (I think it was Lisa) popped up in the chatroom.
Everything else is history..... She answered all my questions satisfactorily, she was knowledgeable and before I knew, my invoice was in my Inbox, and the best part - the next morning just after 8am (I requested an early delivery as we were going to close at 12h00) - but just after 8am, a very friendly gentleman from the Courier company delivered my blender. All i can say is absolutely amazing. Thank you!!
