The service received from OmniBlend is outstanding.
Other brands do not want you to repair their products, or they charge an arm and a leg. With Omni the communication is seamless and extremely professional.
My only suggestion would be to expand the range into more high end blenders and take on Hamilton Beach who are quite useless when it comes to after sales.
