For whatever reason (most likely something I did) the blender stopped working the first time I used it (the overload button didn't trip) . Without hesitation Jan told me to bring it in. He turned the unit on, and of course it worked perfectly. Just to make sure, he opened the unit to see if something untoward was going on. Not. Whatever it was remains a mystery. But the fact that Jan is there offering full back-up makes me very confident that I have made the right purchase - a good product from a reputable supplier.
