We have had several other blenders in the past which either conked in or a part broke that was unavailable hence a new one had to be purchased. I bought this one to make Nut butters and my own oat flour as I am gluten free. My daughter did research and found that your blender has most of the spares readily available to purchase if something goes wrong. We have used it for several things already and it works like a dream!! Love love love it!
