I was unfortunate to have bought a 2nd hand blender as part of a franchise agreement. I didnt know it was used. Twice I have had to replace the parts that make it turn and both times the knowledge of the staff and the efficient service impressed me. If all companies in SA would deliver such good service the economy would be one of the best in the world.
