Omniblend offers excellent service. I made an error in my order (I did not notice that I had not specified the correct serial number for my blender) but Omniblend (Elisabeth) immediately offered a solution and the correct parts are already on their way. Thank you Omniblend! I use my machine on a DAILY basis and it works like a dream. It is one of my favorite appliances in my kitchen.
