I’ve had my omniblend for 8 years and with almost daily use it still runs as smooth as ever. I’ve never had to replace any of the parts but love that replacement parts are available. Recently had to buy a new tamper stick as we lost it when moving (moved it from SA to Switzerland!) Shipping was incredibly fast. Very happy with my favourite kitchen tool!
