We have had an Omniblender for about 4 years now. We had an issue recently where the treads on the socket and blades were stripped and not working properly, and we therefore replaced the parts but it was still not working as before.
Omniblend arranged a courier to pick it up, they fixed it, tested it and returned it.
This was convenient and a 3rd of the price of a new blender.
Blender is as good as new now, and the service was excellent.
Best value for money product on the market.
