Once you go Omniblend, you will never buy any other blender. Their product is excellent. If you ever need support, their live chat "with a real person" is fantastic. I have had my blender for 7 year now and it still keeps going. You can also replace any part instead of having to buy new blenders all the time. The service or repair is super quick. They even have a courier service picking it up and returning it. I had my blender back the next day! Their communication is great! Highly reccommend OmniBlend
