Have been a user of OmniBlend for many, many years. This purchase was for a new blender jug as the original one developed a tiny crack. Still usable but decided I wanted a replacement. Another review I WOULD like to give was the patience and understanding from your staff regarding my (own) problem with paying. Meant a lot to me and I really appreciated it.
