Hi Alessio, I had a problem with my blender, it suddenly stopped working. I have send it in for repairs and it was a faulty power switch. Due to the excellent service and prompt feedback I purchased another omni blender as I could not wait for the blender to be repaired. I received my new blender in 1 day and the repaired one in 3 days. Overall the after care service is top notch and it is great to have a company that actually cares. I would recommend Omniblend to anyone. Thank you!
