One issue: I placed my order for several Schneider items, based on the quantities available (in your inventory) for each of the items. My remarks on the order were: "Please process ASAP. Please ship in small and tight packaging. Thank you very much." The order sat for 3 days due to one of the items being out of stock; no notification was sent as to the delay, there was no communication whatsoever. When I had made contact via e-mail with Sara Moshtagh, she stated: "We do not have a delivery date at this time. We will notify you as soon as we receive a date form the Mfg." I e-mailed Sales again and Chantal Minkman researched and advised that something went wrong and that she would give the order a nudge. She discovered that one of the items was our of stock and that was holding the shipment. I asked her to cancel that item and ship immediately. She did so; and refunded the canceled amount. Communication on order status is very important! We will utilize you again, but please communicate regarding any issues with the order, so that a decision can be made on what action needs to be taken to get the order is shipped promptly. Chantal did a great job and I give her high praise for her critical thinking skills...much appreciated! Sincerely, Greg Sills
