“I WANT TO SAY IT MAY BE A GOOD SERVICE, BUT I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED MY ORDER YET. ITS BEEN GOING THROUGH CUSTOMS FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS AND THE UPDATES MAKE NO SENSE. iT WOULD BE NICE IF SOMEONE FROM THE COMPANY WOULD REACH OUT ABOUT THIS ORDER AND GIVE ME SOME UPDATES.”

We investigated your order and there were delays because duties were due and DHL was not able to reach you. All has been resolved since. Thank you for letting us know there was a hold up.

“Good service. Competitive prioces and fast delivery. No problems with this order placed and shipped before any tariff changes. Used email for RFQ and order placing. Over night respponse... which is expected given the 8 hour time difference between buyer and seller. Hopefully I have enogh inventory to let the dust settle before another trans-Atlantic purchase transacton.”
