“I WANT TO SAY IT MAY BE A GOOD SERVICE, BUT I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED MY ORDER YET. ITS BEEN GOING THROUGH CUSTOMS FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS AND THE UPDATES MAKE NO SENSE. iT WOULD BE NICE IF SOMEONE FROM THE COMPANY WOULD REACH OUT ABOUT THIS ORDER AND GIVE ME SOME UPDATES.”

We investigated your order and there were delays because duties were due and DHL was not able to reach you. All has been resolved since. Thank you for letting us know there was a hold up.

It seems that the manufacturer delivered a day later then the confirmation and we had a one day delay getting the product shipped. We are following up with you to discuss.

We are sorry for any problems that you had with your delayed order. The manufacturer had two rounds of delays in production/delivery. We shared the updated delivery dates from ABB with you as we got them. Thank you for sharing your feedback.

“Product was what I needed and slightly less than what I have been paying. Due to my usage of the product I often need the product shipped in a short amount of time (within a few days) and the time it took to receive the product would require me to order and keep large amounts in stock to insure no downtime on my equipment. Other than that I was very satisfied.”

“I have been order some phoenix connectors from Omnical in most of the time. I like email respond quickly. However; lead time from the part is too long like few weeks. It blocks me to order more from Omnical. If you can change lead time from few weeks to few days, It will be great.”
