Hello, we looked at your order and the emails and we see that the order was delayed a couple of times because of manufacturing delays and this has caused issues on your end. We are working with you on a partial delivery of the available parts. If there is anything else we can do, please let us know.

Products were stated as „on stock“ upon order, then the delivery Date was postponed two times by several weeks.

Order confirmation and follow ups show that product were not in stock. Manufacturer had delays and we have shared revised expected delivery dates as they came in. Following up with customer to see what the disconnect was.

I placed an order on July 14. All items were in stock and the site indicated it would ship immediately. After not receiving my items, I had to e-mail sales twice using the link provided before the order ACTUALLY shipped on 7/27 (2 weeks later). This delayed my project.

Hello Todd, your order should have shipped right away indeed and normally would have. We are finding out what the root cause is.

One issue: I placed my order for several Schneider items, based on the quantities available (in your inventory) for each of the items. My remarks on the order were: "Please process ASAP. Please ship in small and tight packaging. Thank you very much." The order sat for 3 days due to one of the items being out of stock; no notification was sent as to the delay, there was no communication whatsoever. When I had made contact via e-mail with Sara Moshtagh, she stated: "We do not have a delivery date at this time. We will notify you as soon as we receive a date form the Mfg." I e-mailed Sales again and Chantal Minkman researched and advised that something went wrong and that she would give the order a nudge. She discovered that one of the items was our of stock and that was holding the shipment. I asked her to cancel that item and ship immediately. She did so; and refunded the canceled amount. Communication on order status is very important! We will utilize you again, but please communicate regarding any issues with the order, so that a decision can be made on what action needs to be taken to get the order is shipped promptly. Chantal did a great job and I give her high praise for her critical thinking skills...much appreciated! Sincerely, Greg Sills

Thank you for your feedback Greg. We investigated the issue. Your order was on hold for because of an out of stock situation and systems did not flag it right away as it normally does. We are reviewing how we can make sure this gets communicated in all cases. We're glad that we could remedy quickly.

Ik had met spoed een relais nodig die op de website werd beloofd voor de volgende dag omdat deze op voorraad zou zijn. Alleen na het bestellen werd er gemeld dat het relais toch niet op voorraad te zijn en moest ik er meer dan een week op wachten.

Goedendag. Dat is een onprettige ervaring waarvoor onze excuses. Dit was een probleem aan onze kant met een incorrecte interpretatie en uitleg van voorraad en levertijd. Het product lag bij de fabrikant op voorraad, niet bij ons. Wij overleggen intern om dit probleem in de toekomst te voorkomen. Hartelijk dank voor de feedback.

Pricing is far over average especially for shipping and handling. Product does not work as expected, linking with Zigbee Hub (Samsung SmartThinks) is possible, but error message occurs when trying to access the product. “no access possible”
