I received my order months after originally expected, the delivery date was changed every week and when I requested a cancellation as I found a work-around for my issue due to necessity I wasn't able to cancel. Horrible experience.

Dear Jayson, we looked in to your order history. The order was delayed many times because of production issues with the manufacturer. Unfortunately we cannot influence their production schedules or speed up delivery. What we do is communicate the expected delivery dates to our customers on a weekly basis. When you requested your cancellation the product was already on its way to us. The manufacturer did not let us cancel anymore because the product was made to order and had already been produced. In hindsight we could have pro-actively offered a cancellation earlier so you would have had more options. If you like to discuss the order more, please reach out.

I ordered one package of Scheider part #XY2-CZ524. The package was supposed to be 10 pcs. I received 1 pc. I sent an email to sales@omnical.co on 06/22 explaining the problem. I have not received a response.

I was displeased with the online info vs the delivery. Online stated "in stock". Shipping took forever. Covid cannot be the blame for everything. I live in this damned cheap society the same as you. I stock my own items as much as possible to serve my customers rapidly. The communication was great, the rest, pitiful. Wish I could give a better review.

The product you bought was not in stock at the time of ordering. The order confirmation confirmed that this item was on backorder on the day of ordering. We updated you on the delivery timing as we got updates from the manufacturers to which you wrote 'thank you for the update'. We did not know that the long lead time was an issue for you. If we knew we could help with looking for alternative parts. If items are not in stock, we are dependent on the manufacturer's schedules.

I had 3 order experience wth them out which in 2 order we had a problem, the first order we had a problem was after transferring the 100% advance payment they said the material has been absolute. They offered me a replacement that could not help me. (Anyhow this is acceptable because they offered replacement). In the second case, we ordered then and they shipped the wrong part number to Saudi Arabia. But they bear the charges and will ship the correct part number, but still, i think this is not a mistake this is carelessness as they should have checked the material before international shipping.

The correct goods have been delivered last week. Our apologies for shipping the incorrect part. We received them from the manufacturer and did not check sufficiently. The problem has been shared with the team. If there is anything else we can do for you, please let us know.

Very bad service. Ordered the wrong item and they claimed that we could not return it. It was a stock item for them.Now we are stuck with useless parts. As a fast growing company, we will not use this company again. Service is the key for us and you guys failed.

We checked our records and indeed these products (handles) were not stock items and we could not return them to the manufacturer. We worked with the customer to find the corresponding switches which we offered to the customer at a discounted price to make the product complete. The customer declined the offer.

Placed 2 orders for items showed in their page as "in stock" When I got the order confirmation EDT was not available because Omnical will order the items from the manufacturer. Second order delivery time is next year! You CAN NOT TRUST THE PAGE

It's hard to see what went wrong here without more details. If you reply to your order confirmation or send an email to sales@omnical.co we can help you further. In general: If an item is showing with a lead time, it means that it still needs to come from the manufacturer and we communicate: "* Lead time based on standard manufacturer lead time and historical data. Omnical confirms lead times upon ordering and upon request." on every product page for articles with a lead time. We also communicate this in our order confirmation. What also may happen is that a product is in stock but payment comes in later and a product is sold in the mean time. Products that have stock will have their stock level on our website. These should ship the same or next business day.

Worst customer service ever! Ordered Siemens parts that were apparently posted to the wrong address. They lie through their teeth and tell you the part is on the way back. Now the shipment has returned to them but the part still can't be located. So where is it then? Really poor and disappointing service. They don't answer phone calls and when you get through you only speak to someone who can take notes. So you are never able to speak to anyone who is actually dealing with your case. Emails take days to reply. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Stay away from this company, they are just wasting your time and nerves!

I have told lead time 4 weeks from manufacture; since I ordered the parts in May. I wait over 4 weeks lead time, until today I still don't have any parts. Plus today I received email the parts will delay again to end of July. I have been doing business with them over 2 years. They never on time ship any order we made, always have excuse to delay the shipment. packing is terrible. Definitely will not come back do anymore business.

Omnical does not make excuses to delay shipments. Lead times and revised lead times for products that are on back-order or are made-to-order are set by manufacturers and confirmed upon ordering. Lead times are driven by production schedules and currently the global shortages in raw materials. We communicate timelines to our customers as soon as we get them. We do not have control over these lead times. If you order these parts at other distributors, you will have very similar experience. I had a look at your order history. All orders were parts that were on back-order and most shipped reasonably quickly with a median lead time of 9 calendar days. When orders are delayed longer it's because production needs to be scheduled at the factory. You have mentioned a packaging issue on an order last year. We believe this was because of mistreatment by the carrier. You did not have photos of the packaging but we promptly replaced any missing or damaged parts anyway. We believe this was a one time issue.

The worst online shop that I have ever seen! I have placed an order on April 26th, and I was supposed to get it on May 7th, then they said that they will send me the tracking number on May 25th then changed it to May 27th, and then to June 2nd! I still don't have even the tracking number! They have to send it to my address in the USA and who knows when! they never replied to email directly I always have to call them on the phone and after the phone call they reply to my emails! what a customer service! its been over 40 days!!!!!!

The manufacturer has delayed the order a few times and we are waiting to get the latest status for some parts of your order (the others being ready for you). This manufacturer has changed warehouses in May and has had some delivery issues because of it. We will refund you in full and once all parts are in, you can decide if you are still interested.

Well I paid on the website $29 on handling fees on international orders, than I paid $97.03 to have the package ship internationally, and than I was hit with $155 import charges. Totally blew any savings using them out of the water.

Very poor. Goods were promised and installation was planned around this date. Omnical did not inform me the goods were delayed until the day they were due, and this was after I called to find out the whereabouts of the products. This meant having to rearrange contractors at a cost to the company. Not acceptable.

5 April 2020: ordered 20 April 2020: advised the order would be shipped "tomorrow at the latest" 24 April 2020: customs details sent to DHL 7 May 2020: shipment picked up by DHL 11 May 2020: order delivered never: an explaination for the extreme delay

Omnical has wrong information on their site. They're estimated lead times have not been correct for 5 different items that I have order with them. I placed and order for 5 separate "time sensitive" items for an oil and gas project! Each of these items showed to be in stock and showed to have and estimated delivery time of 15 days. After placing the orders, I was told that all of the lead times were pushed out several weeks. For 4 of the items the lead time was pushed out twice! I am still working to recover from this delay. You can't count on what their site shows their stock to be.

Dear Perry - we are sorry for your experience. The manufacturer ran in to delivery issues on your order. When that happens there is not a lot we can do but to be transparent with the information we get from the manufacturer. You are right, the lead times on our websites are estimates. These are based on a mix of historical data and manufacturer supplied data. We confirm delivery times after ordering and can confirm prior to ordering for time critical parts.
