I was displeased with the online info vs the delivery. Online stated "in stock". Shipping took forever. Covid cannot be the blame for everything. I live in this damned cheap society the same as you. I stock my own items as much as possible to serve my customers rapidly.
The communication was great, the rest, pitiful.
Wish I could give a better review.
