Unfortunately we received some conflicting delivery times from the manufacturer for your out of stock item. We ended up delivering at 3 weeks (product on site is showing 2-3 weeks delivery time). We apologize for the inconvenience!

Dear Rebecca, I am sorry you have had a bad experience. The manufacturer we bought your goods from was not very responsive in your case and could not honour delivery times. We are having additional conversations with them to improve this in the future. We have refunded you for the items that were not delivered in time and canceled this order with the manufacturer.
