“Easy and quick process”

“Great pricing and efficient service. I am a repeat customer based in the US, so there is the added complexity of an export/import transaction, but Omnical handles the details smoothly. It's worth the extra week or so in shipping time and even with shipping and customs duty, the prices are better than other options.”

“Hope the unit price for WAGO 2000-410 still can valid for next purchase. We still got another batch 25 pcs of 2000-410 wait to load order to Omnical. We will facing shortage 25 pcs on 20.04.2024, and we will load order 25 pcs on the week of 19th Feb 2024. Hope the unit price for WAGO 2000-410 still can valid for this purchase.”

“I received my order months after originally expected, the delivery date was changed every week and when I requested a cancellation as I found a work-around for my issue due to necessity I wasn't able to cancel. Horrible experience.”

Dear Jayson, we looked in to your order history. The order was delayed many times because of production issues with the manufacturer. Unfortunately we cannot influence their production schedules or speed up delivery. What we do is communicate the expected delivery dates to our customers on a weekly basis. When you requested your cancellation the product was already on its way to us. The manufacturer did not let us cancel anymore because the product was made to order and had already been produced. In hindsight we could have pro-actively offered a cancellation earlier so you would have had more options. If you like to discuss the order more, please reach out.

“I enjoy working with the CSRs at Omnical because they are very attentive and will communicate with you until you receive your order. There is nothing like receiving your tracking information so that you can keep track of your order until it is delivered. Even though the shipment comes from overseas and has to clear customs, it still delivered in 7 days. Not too bad. Just have to make sure that you order in enough time. Thanks so much for all of your help every time that I need to order, Cindy and Neena :)”
