Total scam site. All looks good. I got correct emails. Order placed. order despatched, then unable to track, Royal Mail know nothing about it. Even though I paid by Credit Card it had to be done via their PayPal account, obviously so it takes away the responsibility of Onbuy dealing with refunds!! Goods have never appeared. Trying to contact them is a no go. When I've investigated this Company on Companies House they consist of hundreds of sub companies. Trying to reclaim my money via Paypal but because I dont have a Paypal account this is proving very hard. PLEASE DO NOT USE ONBUY!! I have informed my local trading standards dept, Northumbria Police and BBC Watchdog. Then asked for a review for goods that never arrived
