“I attempted to purchase a new Echo Show 8, from Onbuy. I was sent a refurbished Echo 5. I complained and was promised a replacement. I waited for over a week, during which I kept getting told it had been sent, I was even given a fake tracking number. I then requested a refund, which the response was to then send another refurbished Echo 5! Onbuy have also just brushed me off, I just keep getting the same response. I have used Onbuy a couple of times and there's never been an issue but the way they've dealt with this issue is atrocious!”

“Reliable competitive prices and rapid turnaround. Have used On-Buy quite a few times and never had a problem. The only issue I have is it is difficult to complain or find a solution if something goes wrong! Luckily so far I have not had a problem and long may it continue.”
