OnBuy are awful. Like all the other reviews no item was received, no tracking info, money taken, no communication or assistance from OnBuy. And now simply being ignored. Avoid ‘Onbuy’ at all costs.

I would prefer to rate them lower - the worst company I have ever dealt with - keep your money and steer clear! Don't buy anything from this company. I ordered frames. They sent frames that are bigger than ordered. I have them ready and packaged for return and have asked them for a refund. They have a standard message which they send over and over again and will spam you inbox. Whatever you say to them, if you send them what they ask for all you will get is this standard message from their suppliers and when OnBuy step in they will say, oh we notice our seller is messaging you. It is ONE BIG SCAM. the standard message: Hi, Respected Buyer, You do not need to return the item, Please can you share the picture of frame with internal measurement, In case of any further issues, you can freely contact us back, We are always here to help you Thanks & Regards WHAT A JOKE THAT IS! STAY FAR FAR AWAY AND BE HAPPY. Date of experience: 07 March 2024

I have no idea how this company has an overall rating of 4 stars, I have seen more 1 star reviews than anything else? I for one will not even try this site - so if you are here looking to see it it’s a scam then your correct it totally seems that way so no thank you

No refund from them or the seller for fake Nike airforce ones that fell apart after a few months. After contacting On Buy I was told I would get a refund this didn’t happen and no response to email and no way to contact them. I will be contacting trading standards

Unprofessional!!! Unprofessional!!!! As per the information provided during the order process, I was assured a delivery time frame of two free working days. I have order my parcel on 16th today is 27th However, it's concerning that, as of today, my parcel has not yet arrived. This delay has not only inconvenienced me but has also led me to question the professionalism of your company. I value transparency and timely service, and unfortunately, my recent experience has not met these expectations.VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I ordered a shaver foil on 17th February 10 days later I have not had any correspondence from them no sign of the shaving foil either .. Avoid if I was you .

I was ignored by a seller on onbuy, I then contacted onbuy directly who stepped in to assist, they told me to send the item back and provided the address, they assured me that once the item was delivered they would issue me a refund including delivery. Only problem is the item was delivered 5 days ago and onbuy have not responded to any of my emails since then and so now I'm left without the item, no refund, no acknowledgment of the return or my emails, no other way to contact them either so now I'm stuck just hoping they eventually respond but it's not looking promising. Terrible service from the seller and onbuy I'll stick to amazon.

This has been the worst experience EVER!!!! My partner bought a PC for my son for Christmas which was faulty!!!! We had a replacement sent on 20th January which was also FAULTY!!!!! Apparently this one has no graphics card. So understandable want our money back. They have said it is over 30 days!!!! We haven’t had a day with a PC that is as per specifications as the add. Under the consumer act 2015 we are well within our rights to our money back!!!!! Bear in mind that a 10 year old has no PC that works and it is February 1st and it was his Christmas present!!!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service!!!

I've been buying small up to £50 items here for last few years without problem so got brave and ordered phone for £300. 3 weeks after I have no phone, no money and no help from onbuy. They say you are under prorection or tgat they will respond within days if you gave an issue. Well my experience is, as I said before, no phone, no money and no help from Onbuy, they never replied. I feel disappointed, cheated, disgusted and will my sure my experience is visible everywhere so potencial buyers are warned. As for me, I will never shop with OnBuy, big or small, I lost any trust in that platform.

They sell fakes! I bought a Clarins serum and then I sent it back but never got refund. Seller Muhammed I'll survive without my 40 pounds but you are just a pathetic fraud.

Website is very easy to use. Prices are very competitive. Communication is good, quick delivery. Only downside is you are absolutely bombarded with emails. I don't need several emails a week from a website I once bought one thing from.

Onbuy owes me £500 in compensation for the time I wasted listing 460 products. This company canceled my sales account causing me financial loss. Furthermore, this company owes me £200 for the time lost due to red tape. Even though I met their conditions (company documents, positive reviews, proof of product ownership, etc.), they did not allow me to sell with them. In addition, this company robed me off from the £22.80 I paid them for "selling rights" even though the service was not delivered to me. Onbay are scammers who just want to rob you of your time and money. I am appealing to the control and security authorities to investigate these fraudsters and will seek compensation through the courts.

Order a sofa which never came. Contacted the seller who is telling me the money have been send back. I checked with my back and they told me the payment its failed. I send 5 emails to customer sercive and 5 to dispute management team and on them 10 emails both of the team are tellimg me to contact the other team and they keep closing my report. Liers... even the sellers company cant be found by the ombutsman.
