“Be careful buying from here, I bought from on buy for the first time in November for a Christmas present for my son. It took over a month to arrive, package was battered, the item was a fake. I have returned the item with full tracking, the item has arrived back to them over a week ago (to TEMU) I would have never have bought it if I had known. The photos also made the item look like a real not a fake. I am still waiting for my money back, I am getting the feeling that I won’t see the money again and it was £52. Not great at all.”

Even after supplying evidence that my workplace was closed and text messages I received from the FedEx driver stating "the business was closed so ge left it outside", onbuy said its not our problem and have refused to help remedy the matter. They referred me to FedEx and I can't get in contact with anyone there. This was s Christmas present and I am now £70+ out of pocket. I would avoid them at all costs, I used them as it was for a discontinued perfume and this was one of the only places I could find it at a reasonable price.”
