“I totally don't recommend this platform for sellers. They sent me relentless emails asking me to pay and start selling. After I paid, they came up with a new set of requirements for which I tried to send verifiable information. They suddenly informed me that they could not verify me. I asked for a refund, but they refused to issue it. I posted a review on trustpilot, someone from Onbuy responded in a responsible manner depicting that they were sorry and that someone would contact me. Instead, they contacted trust pilot to flag my review!”

I have purchased a few items and everything went smoothly except when I tried to make a large purchase of a 3+2 seater suite the funds were clear for the seller to collect but because there was no seller contact I was left in limbo with no item no way to contact seller and no way to contact on buy. This is a very big concern for me.”
